super central location - free tram in front of the house. as our room was on the 25th floor, we had a fantastic view to the skyline of melbourne (when booking i would ask for a room from the 20th floor, otherwise the view is very limited). equipment was optimal and left nothing to be desired.

Very clean apartment with hotel service, bed rather soft, free tram directly in front of the house
Rooms facing the side street have no view but an insight into the apartments of the neighbouring building.

I had a great stay at Punthill. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to the CBD via the nearby tram. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the good lighting in the kitchen area. The ability to open the windows and let in fresh air was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Located conveniently, this gem of a hotel was easy to access from the Skybus airport shuttle. There was a cafe down the road, two train stations nearby, and an amazing view of the opposite casino. the room was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Housekeeping was excellent, maintaining every aspect of the stay. the staff was accommodating and provided helpful directions to destinations.
The bathroom sink was a bit small, causing water spillage from time to time.
